PS-CANNING RETORT: Capacity 280/300 A21/2 cans. Complete with pressure gauge, metal clad thermometer, safety valve and release valve. Suitable for sterilization of cans after seaming. The can is placed in the crate which is then fed into the retort and subjected to high pressure and temperature thus sterilizing the contents.
